Silky BigBoy 2000 Saw Large ToothĀ
Whether you're clearing a campsite, trimming back bush tracks, or collecting firewood, the Silky BigBoy 2000Ā is your go-to tool for medium to large branches. This isnāt your average saw, itās a compact workhorse designed to punch well above its weight. Smooth cutting, rugged steel, and a smart design that folds down to stash under your seat or in a pack.
Made in Japan
Two Blade Positions:
Standard ā great for general pruning or sawing.
Angled Up ā perfect for flush cuts or awkward branches with no clearance.
ā”Ā Important:Ā
Silky saws are designed to cut on the pull stroke only, with minimal effort. Simply guide the blade forward and let the razor-sharp teeth do the work as you pull back. Smooth, relaxed strokes give you the fastest cuts and keep your saw performing at its best.
Whats included:
1x Silky Bigboy 2000 Large Tooth Straight BladeĀ
Silky BigBoy 2000 | Smooth, effortless cutting with a tough SK4 high-carbon steel blade. Hollow-ground for less friction, non-jamming teeth, and plated to resist rust and sap ready for any camp or trail.
GOM Rubber Grip: Grippy when wet, comfy when youāre in deep. Vibration-dampening and no-nonsense.

routine needed.
2. Keep It Dry
If the blade gets wet, dry it before folding or sheathing.
3. Light Oil (Now and Then)
Every so often, give the blade a quick spray with a household oil (WD-40 or
CRC). Thatās it, nothing constant. Lanolin will work great and is widely available
4. Swap the Blade When Needed
Silky blades are super tough, but when the teeth finally dull, just pop on a new blade. No sharpening required.
