At Ember, we use the same places you do, dams, tracks, campsites.
The random spots you hit on a whim with the usual crew and end up finding something special. Every now and then, we pack the gloves and bags and clean up what’s been left behind. We tried doing it the “proper” way teaming up with industry bodies and going through official channels. Nothing came back.
So we figured, bugger it. We’ll do it ourselves.
That’s how Ember runs anyway.

Solo Trash Trip
Logue Brook is unfortunately very full of rubbish. I filled the trailer within only a few hours and collected multiple bags of used toilet paper. Its quite absurd how bad its getting.

Solo Trash Trip
I have been wheeling around Wellington Dam for the better part of 15 years. Which is why it made the list for trash collection.
I managed to 3/4 fill the trailer. Which was really only from a few popular areas. The majority of it isnt too bad.
A great day out, enjoying the views, cool breeze and i got the chance to meet some characters to say the least.

Julimar is where i cut my teeth wheeling about 16 years ago and i still frequent it for content - camping trips and good times.
This rubbish was literally 4m away from where you would ideally set a swag up.
