60 liters of waterproof storage built for Australian dust, downpours, and taking an absolute flogging.

We got sick of traditional canvas duffles soaking up water like a sponge and cheap zippers blowing out the second you pack them tight. So, we built the bag we actually wanted to take bush. The Brunswick 60L Rolltop Duffle isn’t a delicate piece of "glamping" luggage. It is a brute. Constructed from ultra-thick 1000D (850gsm) matte black PVC, it is waterproof, dustproof, and mud-proof. We reinforced the base with a second layer of 1650D textured PVC because we know this bag is going to be dragged across tray beds, thrown into the red dirt, and strapped to roof racks. If you want a bag for the airport carousel, look elsewhere. If you want a bag that thrives strapped to the back of a ute in a thunderstorm, you’ve found it.

Engineered for Extreme Durability

The foundation of this bag is a 1000D PVC body, providing a rugged, waterproof shell that laughs at tropical downpours. To combat the relentless friction of corrugated roads and tray rubbing, we’ve reinforced the base with a massive 1650D textured PVC dual-layer. This ensures that the high-wear areas of your bag remain intact long after cheaper alternatives have shredded. It is built to take a flogging and ask for more.

Advanced Sealing & Organisation

We’ve combined the bombproof security of a rolltop design with the convenience of a premium YKK weatherproof zip. This hybrid system allows you to keep the bag securely closed while at camp without needing a full roll, while providing a dust-proof, watertight seal when you're on the move. Roll it down, clip it shut with the Duraflex® buckles, and your gear is safe from the worst the outback can throw at it.The exterior features two end-to-end pockets equipped with YKK weather resistant zips—perfect for quick-access items like headlamps, maps, socks you name it. Inside, a large interior pocket keeps your valuables organised and secure.

A Secure Tie-Down System That Actually Works

Unlike generic bags that slide around and crush your gear when strapped down, the Brunswick is built to be part of your vehicle. The integrated webbing system is specifically designed to allow ratchet strap hooks to pass directly through, ensuring a rock-solid connection to your ute or roof rack. Combined with a 3mm HDPE internal base board, the bag won't compress into awkward shapes or put undue pressure on your gear when the straps are cinched tight.

Why 60L is the Correct Choice

Based on deep market research into the Australian camping scene, 60L is the "Goldilocks" size. It provides ample room for a 3-5 day trip fitting clothes gear and more without the unwieldy, back-breaking bulk of 90L+ bags. It’s the perfect balance of high capacity and manageable portability.

What is the Brunswick Duffle actually built for?

This isn’t gym luggage or a delicate weekender bag. The Brunswick 60L is designed for the dirt, the dust, and the downpours of genuine off-grid travel. It’s built to be thrown into the tray of a ute, strapped down hard to a roof rack, and dragged through the red dirt. Whether you’re crossing the Simpson Desert, running corrugated tracks in the Pilbara, or setting up camp in a tropical storm, this bag is engineered to keep your gear completely dry and dust-free

Can I strap it directly to my roof rack?
Yes and that’s exactly how we designed it. The integrated webbing system allows your ratchet straps or tie-downs to pass directly through the bag's structure. Combined with the 3mm HDPE internal base board, this means you can crank your straps down tight. The bag becomes rock-solid on your rack without crushing your gear or warping out of shape.

Operation Guidance
Strap it right: Always use the integrated webbing loops for tie-downs to ensure a secure, non-slip fit on vehicles.

Roll to seal
For maximum waterproof and dust-proof protection, ensure the top is rolled tightly and secured with the Duraflex® buckles before hitting the track.

Chuck it.

Then Strap it.

The first duffle built around your ratchet straps, not against them.

The integrated webbing system lets ratchet strap hooks pass directly through locking it rock-solid to your roof rack or tray without crushing your gear. A 3mm HDPE baseboard keeps everything rigid.

Engineered to Keep Water and Dust Where They Belong, Outside.

A hybrid sealing system built for the conditions you actually ride through.

The hybrid rolltop and YKK weatherproof zip system keeps water and fine dust out of your main compartment, the gear that matters. Roll it down and clip the Duraflex® buckles shut on the move. Unzip at camp without a full unroll. It is not an IP-rated dry bag. It is something more practical, built to handle tropical downpours, corrugated dirt roads, and pindan dust without the stiffness and hassle of a sealed dry bag.

Gear That Won't Quit When You Need It Most

There is nothing worse than arriving at camp after a brutal day on the tracks, only to find your clean clothes soaked through or caked in fine red dust. When you are miles from anywhere, you cannot afford gear failure. The Brunswick 60L wasn't built for airport carousels or glamping weekends. It was designed, tested, and abused on the rugged tracks of Western Australia.

Built to Take a Flogging. Then Ask for More.

Because the tray of a Ute is not a gentle place.

The Brunswick starts with a 850gsm matte black PVC body, a rugged, waterproof shell that handles whatever the track throws at it. The base, the part that cops the most punishment from tray-bed friction, roof-rack vibration, and red dirt, is reinforced with a second layer of 1650D textured PVC. This is the area where cheaper bags shred first. We made it the strongest part. Drag it. Throw it. Strap it down hard. It is built for exactly that.

Not Too Big. Not Too Small. Just Right.

The size that actually fits your setup.

After deep research into how we Aussies pack for the bush, 60L kept coming up as the sweet spot. It is enough room for a 3–5 day trip, clothes, layers, camp gear, and the extras without the back-breaking bulk of a 90L bag you can barely lift onto a roof rack solo. It sits cleanly in a tray, straps neatly to a roof rack, and does not take up the entire back of a wagon. The Goldilocks size. Chosen deliberately, not by accident.

End-to-End Side Pockets. Both Sides.

For the gear that needs to stay separate from everything else.

Wet thongs. Dirty tent pegs. The stuff you do not want anywhere near your clean clothes. Both end-to-end pockets run the full length of the bag — long enough for tent poles, trekking poles, a torch, or anything else you need to grab fast without opening the main compartment. Sealed with YKK weather resistant zips, means you can grab that awkward length gear in a hurry.

The Crew's Already Out There.
