Returns Policy
- If there is a problem with an item you purchased, you can return it to us for assessment. Please provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt, online tax invoice, or credit card/bank statement) to facilitate the process.
- Upon assessment, if the problem is found to be a major failure, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
- If the problem is determined to be minor, we may offer a repair or replacement.
Change of Mind Returns
We get it sometimes things just don’t work out. If you change your mind, you’ve got 7 days from receiving your order to send it back, unused and in original condition. We’ll sort you out with a refund.
Return shipping is at the customers cost
The product must be in perfect - re-sellable condition to gain a refund. Which will be refunded once the item has been returned and inspected.
Yes, All products sold by us will be covered by a minimum of a 12 month warranty.

Simply contact one of our staff at sales@emberadventuregear.com.au for a returns number. If the goods are incorrect or faulty Ember will cover return costs.

If you order is placed before 10am, we aim to process it on the same business day. For orders made after 10am, your order will usually be dispatched the following business day.
Where required an expiry date is on the individual component.
‘Shelf life’ is the term or period during which a component remains suitable for the intended use. An expiry date is the termination of shelf life, after which a percentage of the component, e.g., medical devices, may no longer function as intended.

Cotton gauze swabs: 2 years
Eye pads: 2 years
Hydrogel: 5 years

Splinter probes: 2 years

In most cases, your order will be dispatched the day after you order. You have the option to select standard or express shipping at the checkout.

Yes
By law, all bladed items (like knives and multi-tools) must be delivered with Signature on Delivery. The person accepting the package must be 18 or older, and ID may be required.
We don’t offer Authority to Leave for these items.
If that’s an issue, we totally understand—but you're free to shop elsewhere.
