Orders are not covered for loss or damage unless Shipping Protection is added at checkout.

Without Shipping Protection, Australia Post only refunds postage if your parcel is lost. Add Shipping Protection, and we’ll replace your order within 5 business days if it’s lost giving you peace of mind for every delivery.

This is not a physical item and no weight or costs are added to the cost of shipping in anyway. 

What it covers:

  • Replacement of items if the order is officially lost by Australia Post/ Any Courier

  • Damage to product during shipping

Eligibility:

  • Must have purchased the “Lost Parcel Protection” at checkout.

  • Must provide official tracking confirmation from Australia Post marking the item as lost.

  • Limit per order: max $500 in total order value.

Exclusions:

  • Delays, mis-delivery, or local pickup errors not officially marked as lost.

  • Orders above the coverage limit.

How it works:

  • Add this product to your cart at checkout.

  • If Australia Post / any Courier marks your order as officially lost, notify us and we will replace the lost items up to the coverage limit (total of $500 order value per order)


We send every item the same day it is ordered as long as it is ordered before 2pm (WA Time)
(Monday to Friday excluding public holidays)
