Silky Nata Axe / Hatchet

All-round amazing for real bush craft. The Silky Nata isn’t just a tool; it’s your go-to for everything from clearing bush to chopping campfire wood, frozen meat, or even a cheeky watermelon.

With its squared, forward-weighted blade, the Nata delivers more control making it a favourite for off-grid adventurers, campers, and hunters alike.

This particular Silky product has become increasingly popular over the last few years with a lot of bushcraft youtubers using it to build some amazing off grid hideouts and camp setups! This is because it is also very easy to baton with. 

Note: The rubber handle is a wear item and may need replacing with extended use.

I wasn’t really looking for a new gear bag, but this one’s ended up being the best bit of kit I’ve added in a while.

The AOS canvas bag is seriously well built. You can tell it’s made in Australia by people who actually use their gear. Heavy canvas, proper zips that don’t snag, handles that don’t feel like they’ll give out after a few trip, it’s the kind of bag you stop worrying about, which is exactly what you want when you're out bush.

I’ve been using it for dry food and snacks on trips, and the clear top panel is surprisingly handy. It means I don’t have to unpack everything just to find the crackers or coffee. The whole thing packs really neatly in the back of the Jimny without sliding around.

Could you use it for tools, recovery gear, first aid? Easily. It’s one of those “buy once, use forever” bits of kit.

Honestly, it’s just a solid bit of design. No gimmicks, no BS, just well-made and ready to cop a beating.

Highly recommend - Ember were brilliant to deal with in securing the bags also. Cheers lads.
